In this article you'll find the most commonly used concepts related to Trustmary with explanations.
Reviews
Public testimonial that can be collected with Trustmary, or imported from third parties such as Google. Reviews are used in Widgets to build social proof on your site.
Widgets
Trustmary's solution to displaying reviews on your site. They can be embedded to virtually any site that allows scripts.
Lead generation popups
Trustmary also offers popup widgets, with which you can collect leads. Popups are created in the same manner as the other widgets.
Chatbot widgets
A third type of widget is the chatbot, which enables you to build simple chatflows for multiple different use cases.
Embed code
The code used to embed your widget or survey. Each code is unique to the widget/survey in question, and should work on nearly any website.
Surveys
Trustmary's solution to collecting reviews & feedback. Can be shared in multiple different ways such as email, direct link, and embed.
Reminders
Reminders can be set when using the email sending method to share your surveys. You can set up to three reminders and customize the included messages to maximize the response and review rates.
Widget view limit
The monthly limit on how many times your widgets can be viewed (loaded). Each widget's views are counted independently, and the limit differs by plan. See our pricing for more information.
Response limit
The monthly limit on how many responses you can collect with Trustmary's surveys. All responses are counted toward the limit (reviews and non-public feedback).
Review page
A public landing page hosted by Trustmary which showcases all your reviews. Can be configured to contain your domain, making the page index to search engines, and shown when searching for reviews etc. on your business.
Reviews Schema.org markup will let search engines read the reviews and their overall rating on your website, and display them in search results. It will increase the attractiveness of your widget and, consequently, it will lead to a higher number of redirects from search engines.
