Introduction
In this article we'll walk you through connecting Trustmary and Talosofta using our native integration. The guide consists of a series of simple steps and screenshots that make the integration process as easy as possible. Integrating Talosofta with Trustmary opens up possibilities such as automatically sending surveys to specific Talosofta contacts.
Step 1: Install the integration
Setting up the API key
- Find and copy the key in Talosofta by first selecting Administration, then API keys. Click Create new key, grant all the necessary permissions and save.

- In Trustmary, go to the Integrations section.
- Find Talosofta in the list and click Integrate.
- Paste the Talosofta API key into the field that opens.

Setting up the company ID
- Find and copy your company ID in Talosofta by selecting Administration and API keys.
- Click the gear icon in the Talosofta integration settings.
- Enter the Talosofta company ID.
That's it — the integration connection is ready and your Trustmary account is now connected to Talosofta.

Step 2: Set up triggers
Once your Talosofta and Trustmary accounts are connected, you can start automating surveys. Click Add trigger to create your first automation.
Setting up an automation consists of three steps: defining the trigger, mapping the contact fields, and setting the action.
- Define the trigger = Choose the triggering event from the dropdown of available Talosofta events.
- Map contact fields = Choose which data is synced from Talosofta to Trustmary, and map it to the correct fields.
- Set the action = Choose the Trustmary survey you want to send when the trigger fires.
All done! Once the integration is active, Trustmary checks Talosofta orders automatically every hour and sends surveys according to the settings you've defined.
