How to create Reports

Getting started



In this article we will take a look at creating reports Trustmary's Reports tool, which is an informative way to display the results of your Surveys and Review Connections.

Reports can be created within seconds and fine tuned to suit your use case, whatever it may be. You can add as many different cards to your Report for different data, and visualize results from Surveys in various ways. The sky is the limit for the customization options.

Walkthrough



First, navigate to the Reports section. In the Reports section click on the Create report button in the top right to create a new report.


In the Create report modal, select whether to create report from scratch (empty template) or select a template that focuses on certain metrics (e.g. Star rating, NPS, CSAT). Click Next to select a template, and Next again to give the report a name. After that you can create the report by clicking Create New.


If you've created a report with a template, depending on which one you've chosen, you should have a bunch of data available to you immediately. Scroll down on the report to see all the cards included, and use the plus icons for adding more. You can also drag & drop the cards into new positions, and resize them by dragging from the edges.
