Collecting third-party reviews with Trustmary

Start by navigating to Surveys and opening a survey form by clicking it or creating a new one by clicking the Create survey button in the top-right.

Once in the survey editor, click on Review Platforms. Here you can see all of your connected third-party review sources, for which you can collect reviews.

You can remove and add platforms, and also edit the Google review link (for example to collect reviews for another business).

Using Trustmary review collection in tandem with your preferred platform makes it easier to get reviews, as the respondee doesn't necessarily need to log in to another service. This gives you more reviews in total to showcase in your widgets.
