Collecting Google reviews with Trustmary

Start by navigating to Surveys and opening a survey form by clicking it or creating a new one by clicking the Create survey button in the top-right.

Once in the survey editor, click on Review Platforms. Here you can see all of your connected Google Business Profiles, for which you can collect reviews.

You can remove and add platforms, and also edit the Google review link (for example to collect reviews for another business).

The Trustmary Method™ review collection in tandem with your Google Business Profile makes it easier to get reviews, even if the respondee doesn't have a Google account. This way you'll always have fresh reviews on your site, independent of Google.
