Introduction

In this article, we guide you through the steps needed to connect Trustmary with Talosofta via our native integration. The guide consists of a set of simple steps with screenshots to make the integration process as easy as possible for you.

Integrating Talosofta with Trustmary opens up possibilities, for example, to automatically send surveys to specific Talosofta contacts.

Quick steps

1. Log in to Trustmary, open the Integrations tab, and click Integrate next to Talosofta.
2. Setup your Talosofta API key and yritystunnus (company ID)
3. Set up triggers to automatically send surveys to your contacts.

Step 1: Install the Integration

Set your API key

• In Trustmary, go to **Integrations.**
• Find Talosofta in the list and click Integrate.
• Click Manage API key and paste your Talosofta API key.

Set your yritystunnus

• Click the gear icon in the Talosofta integration settings.
• Enter your Talosofta yritystunnus (company ID).

That’s it — your Trustmary account is now connected to Talosofta.

Step 2: Configure Triggers

Once you have connected your Talosofta and Trustmary accounts, you can start automating the surveys.

Click Add trigger to create your first automation.

The automation setup consists of three stages: Setup trigger, Map contact fields and Set action

• Set up trigger = Choose a trigger event from the drop-down list of available Talosofta events.
• Map contact fields = Select which data to sync from Talosofta to Trustmary and map it to the correct fields.
• Set action = Pick the Trustmary survey you want to send when the trigger occurs.

You’re all set! Once the integration is active, Trustmary will automatically check Talosofta orders every hour and send out surveys according to your configured triggers.
