Start collecting Reviews & Feedback

To start collecting Reviews & Feedback with Trustmary, you'll first need to have a Survey on your Trustmary account. You can create one in the Surveys section, where you should also have one automatically created for you.

If you've not opened the survey before, you'll encounter the Sharing method selection modal. Here you can select the method how you would like to share your survey. This can also be changed afterwards in the editor (more on this later).

Once you get into the survey editor, you can see a preview of your survey flow in the center. At the top, you can find different tabs for the editor view, email template (if email invitation is selected), a live preview (which you can interact with), and the results which contain all the data collected with the survey. Above the tabs you'll see the name of the survey and can rename or delete it.

At the top-right is your selected sharing method. The button action changes depending on which method is selected, and with the email invitation for example, this opens the "add contacts" dialogue. The method can be changed by clicking the three dots next to the button, though we recommend sending via Trustmary.

Finally, on the left you have the customization options for your survey. Here you can set the type of the survey, adjust the logic, and set review connections, to name a few.

Once you're ready with your survey, you can start collecting reviews with your chosen method. Check out our documentation for more info on the sharing methods!
