Manage your Reviews & Responses
Responses
Start by navigating to the Responses menu from the navigation bar on the left, and click on Survey Answers.

In Survey Answers you can find all the responses you've collected with your surveys, or imported from third-party sources. These include non-public feedback, as well as public reviews, and leads.
You can filter answers by adding filters with the Add filter button from the top-left, and the filters can be saved with the Save button in the top-right. The different pieces of information displayed on each answer can be set from the Display menu which you can find on the top-right. The responses can also be marked as processed, which can be helpful in keeping tabs on which answers have been read.

More information about the answer is displayed when you click on it. Here you can see all the contact data of the respondee, and a breakdown of their answers to different questions on the survey among other things.

Reviews
The Reviews section can be found right below the Responses on the top left.

The reviews section displays reviews similarly to how the Survey Answers section diplays answers. You can filter reviews by adding filters with the Add filter button from the top-left, and the filters can be saved with the Save button in the top-right. The Display settings let you control what information about the review is shown on the list.

From the Manage reviews menu, you can manually create reviews (these aren't verified, and therefore are not counted towards the overall score in widgets), or import them from outside services or existing spreadsheets (also not counted towards the overall score).

Leads
The Leads section can be found in the Responses menu under Survey Answers and Reviews.

This is where all leads collected with Trustmary's lead generation widgets are shown. You can navigate and filter the leads similarly to the answers and reviews from the previous menus with the buttons near the top of the menu. On each line, you can see for example the lead's content, and the form which it was collected with. The leads can also be marked as processed, which can be helpful in keeping tabs on which answers have been read.
