Introduction to Contacts
Overview
Open the Contacts menu by clicking on it on the navigation bar on the left. This is where you can manage all your contacts, lists, and the lists your contacts are on.
On the left you can see your lists: All contacts (a general list containing every imported contact), automatically created survey lists, and user-created lists. Above these you have the Import contacts button, which lets you import contacts onto the lists.
The majority of the view is taken up by the contact list itself. In addition to the contact data, you can see contact statuses, whether they've given a review, and the date they were added, among many other things. To customize the view, click on the Display button at the top right to display things that are the most useful to you. To use this data to filter out certain contacts, add a filter by clicking the Add filter button at the top.

How to import contacts to Trustmary
To import your contacts to Trustmary or a specific list, click on the Import contacts button.

After this, you'll be prompted to select a contact list, or just import contacts without selecting a particular list.

Once a list is selected, you can paste in your contacts, upload a file from which to import, or copy contacts from an existing list. Map the correct data from your import to the matching contact fields (e.g. name, phone number, external IDs) in Trustmary on the right.

How to manage contact lists
You can manage your contact lists from the Contacts menu. Click on each list to see its contents, and click the three dots next to the list name to use the context menu through which you can rename, copy, or delete the list.

To add new lists, click the plus icon next to the User-created lists heading.
