How to analyze your survey results
To get started, open up your survey, and navigate top the Results tab at the top of the screen. On the Results tab, you'll find three new tabs called Summary, Responses, and Recipients. The tabs hold different information on your survey's performance, which we'll go through next.
Summary
The Summary tab gives you a quick look of the results of your survey. You can see important figures of your results with a glance, such as how many times the survey has been started & finished, and how many reviews you've gotten with it. You'll also find the score distribution here, and the breakdown of each question.
Responses
On the Responses tab you can see all the responses given on your survey, review or feedback alike. You can search for responses with keywords, or filter them from a certain interval. It's also possible to export the answers as an Excel file with the button next to the search bar.
Answers to each question can be seen here by scrolling right, and a single response can be opened by clicking on the "expand" arrows in the first column.
Recipients
In the Recipients tab you can find the contacts you've sent your survey to, at which step of the survey they are (the status of their answer), and when the request was sent. Similarly to the Responses tab, you can also use the search bar up top to find a specific contact.
