Easoft integration with Trustmary

Easoft Integration Basics and Use Cases
Enabling the integration on Trustmary’s side requires:
- Creating an API key and setting it in Easoft
- Creating a contact list to which the desired contacts from Easoft will be imported
- Contact identifier fields are automatically created by the integration
After the integration, in Trustmary you can:
- Create the desired survey forms from ready-made templates
- Choose suitable messages for invitations
- Set up automations for sending invitations and reminders
Activation in Easoft happens from the Interfaces [Rajapinnat] section.
Easoft charges for API usage (indicative pricing):
- €24 / month – Trustmary Starter
- €49 / month – Trustmary Business
- €99 / month – Trustmary Scale

Contact transfer is triggered when an order is marked as delivered or archived, or alternatively when the desired delivery status is selected.
From Trustmary’s side, automations and reporting with notifications can be built, e.g. per salesperson or location.
Setting up and configuring the integration
The integration setup starts in Easoft. Please note that the integration cannot be created from Trustmary — you must first log in to Easoft.
Once logged in to Easoft, you’ll find a gear icon in the top right corner. Under it, select More settings.
Next, on the left-hand side, you’ll find Interfaces, through which you can add a new interface. Select Customer Satisfaction Survey [Asiakastyytyväisyyskysely] and choose Trustmary as the provider.
After creating the interface, you can click the Add trigger button, where you can then define the trigger in more detail. From here you can specify the actual trigger and set certain conditions. Your contacts at Easoft and Trustmary will be happy to assist with the configuration.
Creating the API key in Trustmary
You will also need a Trustmary API key. You can generate this in Trustmary by going to API & Webhooks section and creating a new API key there.
