Data Transfer API Documentation (EU Data Act)

Notice: This documentation applies to situations in which a Trustmary customer terminates the services under the EU Data Act and wishes to perform a data transfer by utilizing the API interface. The documentation describes the categories of data that can be transferred through the interface.

What data is provided

The following constitutes the Customer Data, as defined under the section “Switching and Termination Assistance” of Trustmary’s Terms of Service, which is eligible for export and transfer in connection with a service switching process.

Form Responses (Survey Responses, Form Responses): each response includes not only the answer data itself but also information about what was asked (including star ratings and NPS responses), which form was used, who responded, and all relevant metadata.
Contact Information: email addresses, phone numbers, contact names, and any custom fields defined by the company, along with all relevant metadata.

The use of this API call requires that you have terminated your Trustmary agreement based on the EU Data Act. Please contact your representative for more information.
