Procountor integration with Trustmary
Quick steps
- Sign in to Trustmary at app.trustmary.com.
- Go to the Integrations section and find the Procountor integration.
- Click the Integrate button.
- Log in to Procountor with the correct organization's credentials and select the organization.
- Click Add trigger and select "Invoice status is Sent" as the trigger.
- Map the Email and Name fields to the corresponding fields in Procountor → click Next.
- Select the contact list to which the contact data will be added.
- Click Save to finalize the integration.
Please note that an active Procountor subscription is required to use this integration. Depending on your Procountor subscription, Procountor may restrict the use of the integration or its features in general. For more information, contact your Procountor representative if needed.
Procountor Integration Basics and Use Cases
The purpose of the Procountor integration is to bring contact data into Trustmary so that you can send surveys to the companies you invoice. The integration works by automatically sending the contact person's name and email address to Trustmary after each invoice (a delay of a few minutes is possible). When setting up the integration, you can choose which contact list or survey the new contacts will be added to.
Procountor sends to Trustmary the contact person and email address that you have added to the customer register of the customer in question. Please remember to verify that the correct contact person and email address are entered in the customer register of the company being invoiced before sending the invoice.
By importing contact data through the integration, surveys can be automatically sent to contacts via Trustmary. For more information about automations, see the Trustmary help documentation.
Please note that if you want Procountor contacts to be added to a specific contact list, it is best to create that list in Trustmary in advance. You can create a list by going to the Contacts section in Trustmary and clicking the yellow Create new list button in the top right corner.
Setting Up the Procountor Integration
Start by logging in to Trustmary at app.trustmary.com. Then go to the Integrations section and find the Procountor integration. Click the Integrate button.
Next, you will be directed to the Procountor login page. Log in with your Procountor credentials. Please note that Procountor typically uses only one account, even if you have access to multiple organizations' Procountor accounts. However, if you use several different accounts, make sure to log in with the credentials of the correct organization.
Log in and select the organization in Procountor for which you want to create the integration.
Configuring and Managing the Integration
After adding the integration, you can configure its settings. Start by clicking the Add trigger button. You can select the trigger based on, for example, the invoice status. We recommend using the trigger "Invoice status is Sent", as this sends the contact information to Trustmary at the point when the invoice is sent from Procountor.
Next, you can map the two top fields – Email and Name – to the corresponding fields in Procountor, and click the Next button again.
After this, you can choose between the following two options:
- Only add the contact to Trustmary: This option adds contacts to Trustmary's general All contacts contact list, which is not connected to any survey.
- Add contacts to a list or survey: This option adds contacts to the list of your desired survey, or to a list that is connected to an automation.
Once you have selected the correct list or decided to add the contacts to the general contact database, click the Save button. Don't forget to click the Save button one more time at the end to finalize and create the integration.
🎉 The integration is now ready! Remember that you can always return to edit the integration by going to the Integrations section in Trustmary and clicking the Manage integration button next to the Procountor integration.
