About Zapier integrations

Trigger events (from Salesforce to Trustmary)
Having Salesforce as the trigger in Zapier enables you to transfer data from Salesforce to Trustmary. When using Salesforce as the trigger in Zapier, you will have access to several trigger events that can be used to launch the set functions. The trigger events include for example, New Record, Updated Record and New Outbound Message. The full list of the triggers can be found in the screenshot below.
Action events (from Trustmary to Salesforce)
Having Salesforce as the action in Zapier enables you to transfer data from Trustmary to Salesforce. When using Salesforce as the action in Zapier, you will have access to several action events that can be set for the app to perform when triggered. The action events include for example Create Record, Add Contact to Campaign and several different Searches. With the available actions you can for example transfer the NPS' and testimonials collected with Trustmary to your Salesforce records.
