How to filter reports by surveys
Filtering reports by surveys enable you to see numbers and data from a particular survey, or multiple surveys within the same topic. This can make your reports more informative, save you time, and get you the most use out of Trustmary.
Main report filters
First, navigate to the Reports section from your Dashboard. From there, open a report or click the Create report button to create one.

Once you have a report open, you can find the report filters at the top. Click on Add filter to see the available filters, select Survey, and from the menu your desired survey. Click Done to save the changes.
The filter can always be managed at the top of the Report, including adding multiple filters, or clearing the filters.

Report card filters
You can also set filters separately on each card to for example display data from different sources or questions on the same report. Setting a card filter is done by first clicking on the three-dot menu on a card, and selecting Edit.

In card menu, you can set filters similarly to the main filters in the Report. Click Add filter under FIlters, and select what you would like to filter by. Lastly, click Save to save changes made to the card.

If the data doesn't update right away, you can always refresh it manually by clicking the refresh button on each card.
