Filtering reports by surveys enable you to see what exactly the respondees have answered in a particular survey, or multiple surveys within the same topic. This can make your reports more informative, save you time, and get you the most use out of Trustmary.

First, navigate to the Reports section from your Dashboard. In the Reports section, locate and click the Create report button on the top right corner of the view.

In the Create report view, type in a name for your report to distinguish it from other reports. Here you can also select if you want an NPS report or a report based on a specific survey (in this case, a survey). Lastly, you can select whether you want a customer experience report or an employee experience one.

When you're done, click Create new to advance.

After this, you're greeted with the report's overview. From here, look for Surveys near the blue bar on the left and select the survey or surveys of which you want a report.

Once the surveys have been selected, go ahead and create the report by clicking the Save button in the top right corner, and you're all set!
