Start by navigating to Forms in Trustmary, and opening or creating a form. It doesn't matter here if it's a testimonial form or a feedback form.
Once in the editor, navigate to the Collect Responses tab from the top. In here, find the Embed to website section and copy the embed code by clickin Copy. This is the only piece of code you need to embed the form.
Now the form is ready to be embedded onto your site. The code should work in any HTML element, and the process should be as simple as just plugging in the code and publishing the page.
