Conditions are a nifty way of adding more functionality to your surveys. With conditions you can customize how the pages and questions appear depending on how the respondee answers them. The most common use case for conditions is to use show a certain page or question only when the respondee gives a high enough score in a previous question.
Start by navigating to the Conditions tab on a survey, and clicking New condition under a page or a question.
The basic principle of conditions is that the condition should always be set on the question you want to show or hide, not the one that acts as the trigger of the condition.
In this example, we've set a condition to show the review page only when the NPS is 8 or higher. To do this, we've selected the NPS question and the greater than operator with the score of 7. As you set the condition, you can see a dark bar appear on top of the page or question that shows a summary of the condition.
You can also set multiple conditions for one question or page with the and/or operators. In this case we've set the review page to only appear when the NPS is greater than 7, and the feedback question after it is not empty.
