Start importing reviews by navigating to the Sources section from the navigation bar on the left.

In the review import view, click on the Facebook button to bring out the sign-in menu. From there, click Import from Facebook to sign in and start the import.

After this, Trustmary will update the reviews for you from Facebook once a day or whenever you click on the Get reviews button. Note that the initial review import can take a couple of minutes depending on the amount of reviews.

If the button turns red and is unable to fetch the reviews, just click on it again to retry the import.
