You can see the answer counts in an NPS report when you scroll down to the bottom of the page. The numbers available are Answers, Invitations, and Response rate.

The logic behind the calculation of these numbers is invited answer count divided by invited count. To clarify, this means answers received through emails or texts sent from Trustmary divided by the total of emails or texts sent from Trustmary.

Discrepancies can happen if, for example, you have received answers to a survey from both email or text invitations, and by sharing a link. Don't worry though, the data is still correct, and you can filter the answers in the Reports view.
