Having ServiceNow as the trigger in Zapier enables you to transfer data from ServiceNow to Trustmary. When using ServiceNow as the trigger in Zapier, you will have access to trigger events that can be used to launch the set functions. Currently the only trigger ServiceNow has in Zapier is New Record.
Action events (from Trustmary to ServiceNow)
