About Zapier integrations

Trigger events (from HelpCrunch to Trustmary)
Having HelpCrunch as the trigger in Zapier enables you to transfer data from HelpCrunch to Trustmary. When using HelpCrunch as the trigger in Zapier, you will have access to several trigger events that can be used to launch the set functions. The trigger events include for example Chat Assignee Updated, Chat Status Updated, and Chat Closed. The full list of the triggers can be found below.
Action events (from Trustmary to HelpCrunch)
Having HelpCrunch as the action in Zapier enables you to transfer data from Trustmary to HelpCrunch. When using HelpCrunch as the action in Zapier, you will have access to action events that can be set for the app to perform when triggered. Currently the only trigger HelpCrunch has in Zapier is Create Customer.
