About Zapier integrations

Trigger events (from Dotdigital to Trustmary)
Having Dotdigital as the trigger in Zapier enables you to transfer data from Dotdigital to Trustmary. When using Dotdigital as the trigger in Zapier, you will have access to trigger events that can be used to launch the set functions. Currently the only trigger Dotdigital has in Zapier is New Survey Response.
Action events (from Trustmary to Dotdigital)
Having Dotdigital as the action in Zapier enables you to transfer data from Trustmary to Dotdigital. When using Dotdigital as the action in Zapier, you will have access to several action events that can be set for the app to perform when triggered. The action events include for example Create or Update Contacts, Enrol Contact in Program, and Send Campaign. The full list of the actions can be found below.
