About Zapier integrations

In this guide, we will be taking a look at integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Trustmary via Zapier. Trigger events (from Dynamics 365 to Trustmary)

Having Dynamics 365 as the trigger in Zapier enables you to transfer data from Dynamics 365 to Trustmary. When using Dynamics 365 as the trigger in Zapier, you will have access to several trigger events that can be used to launch the set functions. Action events (from Trustmary to Dynamics 365)

Having Dynamics 365 as the action in Zapier enables you to transfer data from Trustmary to Dynamics 365. When using Dynamics 365 as the action in Zapier, you will have access to several action events that can be set for the app to perform when triggered. The action events include for example Create lead, Create account and several different Searches. The full list of the actions can be found in the image below.
