# Jira Service Desk integration with Trustmary

Having Jira Service Desk as the **trigger** in Zapier enables you to transfer data from Jira Service Desk to Trustmary. When using Jira Service Desk as the trigger in Zapier, you will have access to **trigger events** that can be used to launch the set functions. The list of triggers can be found below.

Action events (from Trustmary to Jira Service Desk)

Having Jira Service Desk as the **action** in Zapier enables you to transfer data from Trustmary to Jira Service Desk. When using Jira Service Desk as the action in Zapier, you will have access to **action events** that can be set for the app to perform when triggered. Currently the only action event for Jira in Zapier is **Create Request**.
