# Intercom integration with Trustmary

Learn how to integrate Trustmary and Intercom by using Zapier.

In this guide, we will be taking a look at integrating Intercom and Trustmary via Zapier. Trigger events (from Intercom to Trustmary)

Having Intercom as the **trigger** in Zapier enables you to transfer data from Intercom to Trustmary. When using Intercom as the trigger in Zapier, you will have access to several **trigger events** that can be used to launch the set functions. The trigger events include for example **Lead Converted to User**, **New Conversation**, and **New User**. The full list of the triggers can be found below.

Action events (from Trustmary to Intercom)

Having Intercom as the **action** in Zapier enables you to transfer data from Trustmary to Intercom. When using Intercom as the action in Zapier, you will have access to several **action events** that can be set for the app to perform when triggered. The action events include for example **Add Event**, **Create/Update Lead**, and several different **Searches**. The full list of the actions can be found below.
