# How to import reviews from Google


# Quick steps

1. Go to **Review Connections** in Trustmary, and select Google.
2. **Find your business** with the in-app search (or sign in).
3. **Connect** the platform and import reviews.

Start importing reviews by clicking **More** from the navigation bar on the left, and then **Review Connections**.

### Finding your business

In the review import view, click on the Google button to bring out the business search. When you've found your business, click **Connect** to start importing reviews.

If you can't find your business through the search, you can always retrieve your reviews by signing in to your Google Business Profile. You can find this option under the "Not found" header.

### Wrapping up

With the paid plans, Trustmary will update the reviews for you from Google once a day or whenever you click the **Import reviews now** button.

In our free plan the reviews are only imported when connecting the review platform, meaning the import is only done once.

Note that the initial review import can take a couple of minutes depending on the amount of reviews. The import only brings in the reviews themselves, not the answers to those reviews.
